That's right, all you need to do is turn up and ask the staff for a comic book *(Selected titles and while stocks last). It's that easy.
What else does Kinokuniya have in store?
Artist's Alley: 11am to 4pm
Have a chat to some comic/ manga creators. Find out the secret and not so secret ways to make it in the industry.
Cosplay competition: 10am to 7pm
Music to our ears, any excuse to dress up, we will be there rocking some awesome outfits.
Prizes will be given out by Kinokuniya for the best costumes in the following categories:
1. Best Undead
2. Best Gothic lolita
3. Best Comic/ manga character
4. Kids under 12 - favourite character
Pictures will be taken by Kinokuniya staff and posted on their facebook page. The costumes with the most likes will win a $100 voucher.
Over 400 people have already RSVP'd that they are attending. Be part of the action.
We will definitely be there and will also be taking photos of people's awesome costumes.
