Supanova Sydney: the good, the bad and the outright ridiculous.

We like to think of ourselves as convention regulars. We've been going to them on and off for the past few years, but this year we decided to visit them all. Kicking off the season was Supanova Sydney - a convention that combines anime, sci-fi and pop culture.

With the beginning of June comes harsh autumn and winter temperatures. But it also sparks something else, the start of major Anime Conventions! First up for Sydney we have Supanova. Technically a science fiction and pop culture convention, Supanova is still loved by anime lovers and lolita girls as well.

Wow! That's seriously all I can say. Neko Nation was a mixture of emotions. Nostalgia and excitement being the main two. I can easily say it was one of the best clubbing experiences I have ever been too.

Since this was Amine Sydney's first event we went all out. Giggling like school girls we all met up at Sex Kitten's (Stephanie's) place to have our make up professionally done by Andrew Bagala. With a little girl power we got into our corsets, skirts, shirts and lace cuffs.
