With a little over a week to go, Madman are giving a sneak preview into what to expect from the Sydney round of this year’s Madman National Cosplay Championship.

Former champion Wirru will be competing in Sydney, after placing third in the Queensland round. He'll be battling it out with not just one but THREE former finalists.
The first former finalist is last year’s second place -- Roxas. He came very close to capturing the title last year. Another finalist from last year's competition participating as a team is one half of from Team 20% Cooler Narcissa. Together she'll be with her team mate Nicole, they placed second in the Melbourne round earlier this year. The third former finalists that's making a return this year is Anna. She ranked third in the 2010 finals.
Of course, there are always those that are competing for the very first time at the Madman National Cosplay Championship. This year is no exception with two new teams. First is Aoki, you may remember seeing him around a few of conventions in Sydney in an excellent and really detailed Gilgamesh (FATE/STAY NIGHT) costume. Finally we have a new team of Michelle and Sarah. They've both won awards previously at various conventions but this is their first Manman National Comp.
